IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO STAY HEALTHY AND STRONG IN THE FACE OF IMPENDING EPIDEMICS!!!!!!

1) Colloidal Silver (oral, IV, and nebulized, with particle size 10ppm and a Ag+ positive charge). Also administered as drops into eyes and nose. Brands: Sovereign Silver, Super Silver -

Apply in eyes ONLY when in eminent danger of contacting the flu due to going in public areas during major outbreak. Take orally daily...follow doses on label for different purposes or needs. Should become a part of your daily routine at 1 tsp. 2 times a day. Higher when there is a threat and even more often (1 tsp. 7 times per day) when ill with a virus!

2) Atomic (nascent) Iodine -should be used only when nuclear or radiation danger is upon you!

3) Allicin -Kyolic garlic and should be taken daily even without flu scare!

4) EGCG -Is concentrated "green tea" extract and using it is the equivilent of 15 cups of green tea-comes caffeine free or caffenated! Cannot hurt to take daily!

5) Oil of Oregano -anti-viral , anti-bacterial, anti parastical and anti fungal agent with many nutrient supports...should be taken daily (sick or healthy)

6) N-acetyl-cysteine - a stable form of the non-essential amino acid, L-cysteine. A sulfur conating amino acid..and we all know how important sulfer is and has been throughout history for combating viruses! Should be a regular part of our health regime!

7) Curcumin (tumeric extract) - a concentrated part of the east india "curry". A good anti- oxident and can be used daily in a good health regiment!

8) Lauric acid- Is coconut oil...a really important dietary addition for health and maintaing perfect weight. Many other properties such as helps your body distribute and utilize nutirnts and minerals and enzymes!

9) IV saline / ORS (Oral Rehydration Solution)- This is to have on hand in case of dehydration from flus and virus. It contains electolytes and minerals that are important to sustain life! Also attached at bottom is a great recipe you can make yourself for this with things from the kitchen!

10) Vitamin/Mineral Support , including Selenium- self explanatory...should always incorporate this in daily living.

11) Apple Cider Vinegar- (mix equal parts apple cider vinegar with honey and take 1-2 tbls 3-4 times a day when well...6-7 times a day when feeling illness or cold coming on)- google this...extremely helpful to good health! Many nutritional properties as well as ant-virul and anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, and anti-parasitical properties. The Roman soldiers use to carry flasks of it and sipped on it for energy and vitality! Perfectly safe and natural. Should use daily always! Also vinegar is an exceptional disinfectant equal to Clorox in it’s ability to kill bacteria. It will not bleach like Clorox however, but much safer and more natural to use!

You should buy the “BRAGGS” brand with the “mother”for internal use simply because it is much higher in nutritional value than store brands and it is organic. Apple cider vinegar, A MUST have!

12) Vitamin D3 - should get 4,000 to 6,000 iu per day! If spending the day in the sun or a visit to a tanning bed, then skip your dose that day! 10,000 iu per day is under the safe limit. 40,000 or more iu per day may cause trouble. A couple of links with info on this below!

GENERAL PRACTICE

1) Wash hands after returning from any public place

2) Put 10ppm silver drops in eyes and nose prior to attending any public place.

3) Diet to include: onions, fatty oils, garlic, tumeric, cumin, etc.

4) Resist forced vaccination up to and including the use of deadly force, if necessary. We KNOW the vaccines cannot be trusted and will likely amplify disease.

Recipes...

Rehydration Drink RecipeDo not give this homemade drink to children younger than 12. Measure all ingredients precisely. Small variations can make the drink less effective or even harmful.

Mix the following:
1 quart (950 ml) water (boil and let cool)
½ teaspoon (2.5 g) baking soda
½ teaspoon (2.5 g) table salt, or ¼ teaspoon (1.25 g) salt substitute (such as Lite Salt, which is potassium-based)
3 to 4 tablespoons (45 to 60 g) sugar

Excellent recipe for anyone with asthma or congestion problems ie flu symptoms, colds, etc.
This is safe for all ages and you can drink as much as you want! Will not harm you, will only keep your lungs and bronchial clear!

This is a preparation for respiratory problems:
1 gallon of distrilled water
1/4 cup of non-perled hulless barley

Remove 1 quart of distilled water from the gallon jar
Add the 1/4 cup of barley and bring to a boil
Reduce heat and simmer, approx 25-30 minutes

Using a strainer, strain only the water back into the gallon jar (you will now have just under 1 gallon)
Refrigerate - This will last one week - Drink as much as you want
*make some barley soup with the cooked barley * :)
